A delightful 7-year-old boy, Jackson William Davis spreads love and joy to everyone who knows him. Praise God, he truly is “fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 139:14).

Still nonverbal, Jackson communicates through basic sign language and other ways, such as clapping his hands when he’s pleased and slapping the wall when he’s not.

His favorite activities are swinging, playing with washing machines and car dashboards, and browsing sale papers and catalogs. Jackson also loves to play his keyboard and computer games and watch music videos. He really loves playing with other people’s hair (he usually asks first by touching his head and then signing the word “please”).

A good time for Jackson would be going to Sonic for a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches and then spending the afternoon at Home Depot looking at washing machines (he cries when he sees their commercial because he wants to go so much).

Jackson lives in Houston, Texas. You can email his mom at angyla.davis@gmail.com.
