George was born on 10-15-01.
George
has been to the hospital for short stays (3-8 days) 9 times this
year. He spent the first 23 days in the NICU (he had an
omphalocele at birth) but has been doing great. He loves the
nurses and nothing that has gone wrong has been life
threatening. We feel truly blessed that God has given us such a
wonderful little boy and trust us to care for some one with so
many special needs. George is currently doing two days a week of
physical therapy and two days a week of occupational therapy and
he loves it. George also has two sisters Lindsay and Crystal and
they love to help take care of him.
UPDATE: George had a Nissen and G-Tube done in September. He has been crawling for several weeks and pulling himself up. George continues to do great!
