Hello, I am Andrew and on 2-7-03, I will be 1 year
old.
I was diagnosed with Williams Syndrome at 8 months
old. I had out-patient surgery on 10-15-02 to attempt to expand my
narrow arteries, but this was unsuccessful. So, on 12-4-02, I had an
open heart surgery to repair my pulmonary stenosis. I am doing
great!!! I was out of the hospital in four days.
I am a little delayed with my motor skills. I am
moving around (rolling, etc), but I am not crawling or walking yet.
I am participating in OT and Special Instruction
with the First Steps program. I receive OT once a week.
